TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in commissioning me. Please make sure you read my Terms and Conditions before ordering one. Once the payment has been made, I assume that you have read the T&C.
All commissions are first come, first served. Waiting-list will open once all slots are filled. 3-days countdown will be given to the prospect client who has made the order but has not paid yet.
Strictly, No ghosting allowed. please be 100% SURE with your commission interest.
I accept payment first before I commence your commission. However, if the commission requires a huge amount of payment, I will take half of them first and will request the other half after we have confirmed the final look of the commission.
I can draw any form of art except NSFW art and mecha designs. I will reject any of these two commissions.
An extra fee will be applied to any extra characters and the back view of the similar characters in a commission. The price will be vary depending on the complexity of the request.
If a client requesting more than one looks of a character or more than one characters in a commission order, I will need more than one week to finish the commission.
I can do simple background for your commission. Depending on the complexity, extra fee will be added for any background request.
The default image size that I will use is 2480 x 3507 (pixel) with resolution 300 pixel/inch. If you have a specific image size and resolution, please let me know.
For the update of the commission, I will give you the link of the update so that you can see how it looks like. There is a possibility that I will stream the progress of your commission on Twitch.
If I need some clarification about your commission by asking you a lot of questions, please cooperate with me. I will try my best to accomplish the task given. Please do not get annoyed by this.
Depending on how complex a commission is, it will take two weeks for me to finish a less complex artwork. If it is a rush work, extra 35% fee is needed to accomplish a drawing at a requested time.
I can do most types of drawing however I might have difficulty to draw mecha. But feel free to discuss the commission with me first.
Please make sure that any provided references are clear. Any confusing and blurry references will be rejected and therefore the commission will be canceled.
Please tell me if you are planning to use the art for commercial purposes (ex: for games, conventions, prints, etc.). I own the copyrights to the drawing and you must pay additional fees depending on the copyright you want for the commissioned piece. You can send me an e-mail or message if you want to commercialize the piece and we can talk about the additional fees later.
I can accept a big drawing project as long as I am not busy with in real life commitment.
I will send the paypal payment request in RINGGIT MALAYSIA but the value is still the same as stated in US DOLLAR.
The T&C will be updated if needed.
